Fans are split over Kevin Costner’s departure from The Yellowstone Dilemma.

Since popular star Kevin Costner left the show, fans have had a range of reactions to the much-anticipated new season of Yellowstone. People were both excited and disappointed by the show’s Instagram peek, which said it would be back in November.

Many fans have said they won’t watch without Costner because he’s not there. “No Kevin, no appearance!” and “Not the same without him” are some responses that agree with the feeling.

Costner talked about his choice to leave in an emotional video. He said that he wanted to move on and that he had unrealistic expectations. His role, John Dutton III, has been an important part of the show since the beginning in 2018.

Luke Grimes, who plays Kayce Dutton, agreed that things had changed. He said that Costner’s leaving felt like “landing the plane” and made him think about the future of the family without their father.

However, not all fans feel the same way. Some people want the show to go on and focus on other characters, like Beth and Rip.

There is disagreement among fans, which makes me wonder about the show’s future and whether it can do well without its main actor. One thing is for sure: Kevin Costner’s legacy will be greatly missed as Yellowstone goes through this change.

Taylor Sheridan, who created the show, has to figure out how to retell the story without the main character. Can the show’s remaining characters take it to new heights, or will Costner’s departure make it impossible to do so? Time will tell.

That being said, there is one thing that is certain: Yellowstone’s devoted fans will be holding their breath to see how the show changes without its beloved star.
