An elderly woman was cruising down the highway when she noticed the flashing lights of a police car in her rearview mirror. She pulled over, and the officer approached her window.
“Is there a problem, Officer?” she asked innocently.
The officer explained that she had been speeding, and the woman apologized. However, things took a surprising turn when the officer asked for her license, and she claimed she didn’t have one.
The officer was taken aback, and the woman explained that she had lost her license four years ago due to a drunk driving incident. The situation continued to escalate as the woman revealed that she had stolen the car and killed the owner, whose body parts were allegedly in the trunk.
The officer was shocked and quickly backed away, calling for backup. Soon, five police cars surrounded the vehicle, and a senior officer approached the woman with caution.
However, as the woman opened the trunk, it was empty. She then produced her registration papers and a valid driver’s license, leaving the officers stunned.
The senior officer couldn’t help but ask, “Ma’am, one of my officers claims that you didn’t have a license, that you stole this car, and that you murdered and hacked up the owner.”
The woman smiled slyly and replied, “Bet the liar told you I was speeding, too.”
