Lincks had been arrested in 1995 for attempting to lure an 11-year-old girl into his red pickup truck. In 2020, investigators searched Lincks’ truck for evidence and collected hair samples. Four years later, a DNA analysis revealed a positive match between the hair and Colleen Nick, Morgan’s mother.
