Martin Mull was a great comedian and actor who will be missed.

As of today, the entertainment world has lost Martin Mull, an actor who was very good and well-liked. He was 80 years old. Maggie Mull, his daughter, broke the sad news on Instagram, saying that her father had been sick for a long time and had died at home.

Maggie’s touching tribute to her father showed how versatile he was. She joked that he was great at all kinds of art and even appeared in famous Red Roof Inn ads. This jokey comment would have made Martin smile for sure.

Martin Mull has played many famous characters, such as Coach Willard Kraft in Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Leon Carp in Roseanne, and the hilarious Gene Parmesan in Arrested Development. In 2016, he was nominated for an Emmy for his outstanding role as Bob Bradley in Veep.

Maggie said in a moving way that her father’s death will be felt deeply by many friends, coworkers, fellow artists, and even the dogs he loved. Of course, his wife and daughter will miss him a lot.

Martin Mull was a talented person who did many things besides playing. He showed how good a writer he was by writing the 1985 mockumentary The History of White People in America with Fred Willard.

Even though the entertainment business is saying goodbye to this great comedian and actor, his body of work will continue to make people laugh and smile. The people who knew and loved Martin Mull will always remember him.
