Just as the old pair got into bed, there was a sudden burst of gas in the room. “Seven points!” the old man yelled with pride. “What on earth are you talking about?” his wife asked as she rolled over.

“Go for it! “It’s a tie!” she said, her eyes sparkling with laughter. After replying with another loud fart, the old man laughed and praised her spirit.
“Oh, 14 to 7! He bragged, “I’m back in the lead!” His wife wouldn’t give in, so she fired off another loud blast.
“Touchdown, tie game again!” she yelled with a smile. She added a small, high-pitched toot with a sly smile.
“Field goal!” she yelled with joy, taking the lead.
The older couple found joy in the smallest and most unexpected things during this fun, late-night battle. Their silly conversation turned an everyday evening into a funny and memorable meeting.
